Hi there, in this article we will give a brief overview what is Zoho and what we can do with it :)
Zoho is an all in one web-based business management platform. It includes more than 35 different applications including:
Zoho CRM - to manage all your clients, contacts and deals, transactions or projects.
Zoho Campaigns - to create and run automated email campaigns.
Zoho SalesIQ - allows to add a live chat to your website and communicate and track your site visitors.
Zoho Social - to manage your social media engagement across multiple platforms.
Zoho Survey - to send surveys to your customers.
Zoho Forms - to create contact and other forms to collect information from your customers.
Zoho Desk - to manage help desk and track tickets from your customers.
Zoho Assist - to access computers remotely.
Zoho Sign - to sign documents
Zoho Writer, Sheet, Show, Docs - an alternative to MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and One Drive to store files (Or alternative to Google Docs, Sheets, Slides and Drive).
Zoho Books - to track your accounting (Alternative to QuickBooks).
Zoho People - to manage your employees and track their performance.
Zoho Recruit - to help you hire new employees.
Zoho Creator - allows to build custom applications without much coding.
Zoho Reports - allows to connect to multiple zoho services and external data sources to build reports.
There are more apps, but this is a good list to start.
Most Zoho apps have a Mobile application as well. The benefit of using Zoho apps is that they all integrate with each other, thus allow for more automation and can provide a full picture of your business. It is much harder to achieve with a set of independent tools. Our goal over time will be to use as many Zoho apps as possible, but we will use other tools if they offer significantly better functionality. As a result of this approach, we will use other applications that overlap in functionality. For example we can use Google Docs or Microsoft Office applications. Thus it is important to understand what actions should be completed on which platform. We will discuss it later.
