Re-connecting your email to Zoho CRM after password update
If you have enabled integration between Zoho CRM and your Email, you should be able to send emails from Zoho and also see your emails in Zoho CRM. However if you change your email password the connection may break. If you are no longer able to send emails, you might need to re-connect your email with Zoho CRM. In order to do this follow these steps:
- Got to Zoho Settings - upper right corner

- Then Click Email in Channels Section
- You may see an error message Server Disconnected at the top of the screen
- Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the screen, and click Login Again button
- Then select your email account in the popup window and grant all necessary permissions to Zoho.
- If you don't see Login Again button, just update the password fields directly on the page.
