Before sending your first Zoho Campaign

Here is a checklist to go over before sending your first campaign in Zoho Campaigns:

  1. Make sure you have a proper list
  2. Ensure that the footer information is proper:
    1. First make sure that your message about how you know the recipient is correct. You were prompted to add it when creating a list, but sometimes users enter test info, and forget to change it afterwards. In order to update that information go to Subscribers/Manage Lists/Click on 3dots button on the list that you want to send a campaign to, and choose Edit:


    2. Also, make sure that your company information is correct. It is displayed in the footer and you will see it when previewing your email. If it is not correct, you can update it by going to Settings/Company Profile.

  3. Make sure that your domain has been authenticated. Authentication can take up to 48 hours. To check if your domain has been properly authenticated, go to Settings/Manage Senders/Domain Authentication. You should see green checkboxes for both DKIM and SPF. Red X mean your domain is not authenticated. If you have completed setup steps, just wait more and refresh a page from time to time. If authentication have not been completed after 48 hours, please contact support.
